Just a nice choice for a lightning trip in Eye (Suffolk) with all in all great value for money. The shower had fantastic pressure, making it refreshing after a long travel day. Make sure to call a taxi in advance, as it might take a while otherwise.

I booked it many times and recommend. Truly enjoyed every detail about my relaxing 1 night stay here. The location was secluded, adjacent to pubs. Also, the hotel was 15 minutes drive from Yaxley Halt railway. I stayed in nicely decorated and immaculate room with an NEST device as expected. The food was great and there were a great selection of dishes in the menu.

Lovely thatched cottage with charming aesthetics.
I was disappointed with the lack of transportation options. My entire stay felt restricted due to having no car, which limited my ability to explore the area freely. It was frustrating relying heavily on taxis and incurring additional costs that I hadn't planned for.

The room was impeccably clean, with lovely-smelling pillows and a shower with excellent pressure. Breakfast offerings included traditional regional homemade products. It was a good way to start the day. Relying heavily on taxis to reach the hotel proved inconvenient and limited my ability to explore nearby attractions freely, as a car is necessary to navigate the area.

Very nice hospitality and wonderful breakfast
I was welcomed warmly by Denise and John. The room was impeccably clean with lovely smelling pillows, and the shower pressure was amazing. Breakfast was freshly made with plenty of options, and it was great to enjoy meals in the lovely thatched cottage. If I could change one thing, I would have preferred better transportation options, as a car is needed to reach the house comfortably.

What a lovely place! Super cute hosts, and the breakfast was DELICIOUS! Very warm room. It's in a beautiful setting near charming attractions.
A car is needed to get to nearby places, which can be a bummer for those without wheels.
